Which viewpoint to photograph from?

After being commissioned to photograph this beautiful house, I took a few photos to decide what the best viewpoint to photograph it from was.

The home owner had just had the extension built and was rightly very proud of the finished product therefore the extension needed to be featured. From discussion with the client the original family home and garden also needed to be included.

We wanted to make a feature of the extension so we photographed the home with the original house within the photo making the extension the main focus of the image.

It worked perfectly with the amazing outside fireplace, the lights around the space, the garden furniture, the oak frame extension, the bi-fold doors and the surrounding area making the space look absolutely fantastic.

The home owner has now got a beautiful large metal print of a home on her wall that she's rightly very proud of.
